We were so Lucky to Have Jast care come to our home to care for my partner who had server long term health conditions.

Every member of staff went way beyond their expectations as carers they always had a smile on and a laugh with Lisa (my partner) i would even say they brightened her day and she looked forward to seeing the carers every day.

to say they are professional is an understatement i can not recommend them enough as they also supported me who had been Lisa carer for 6 years prior they took away some of the pain and stress i had and for that i THANK THEM ALL

Sadly Lisa passed away recently and they still kept in touch to see if i am ok.

We started to use Jastsafe in Dec 2023 after my husband who has Lewy Body dementia came out of hospital following an operation due to a fall ( one of several. )

The waking night carers have made such a positive difference to both our lives. My husband is now safe at night and I can get some sleep. The carers are exceptional – professional, reliable, friendly , well trained and genuinely caring .

The manager has been so helpful to us and is always available to help us and the care is very affordable .

I used several caring agencies in the past for my mother and I can honestly say that Jastsafe are head and shoulders above the others I have used.

Very pleased with the day care service given for my mother-in-law aged 74 years suffering from depression. Patience and a lot of care is given to assist her to bath,dress her up, tidying the room etc. I feel a burden has been taken over as it was stressful for myself.
